Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы реализации базовых рекомендаций по компрессии и помехоустойчивому кодированию изображений, которые входят в наиболее эффективный на сегодняшний день международный стандарт в области кодирования статичных (неподвижных) изображений ITU-T Rec. T-8xx "JPEG2000 Image Coding System". Выполнен обзор принципиальных возможностей и особенностей реализации стандартов ITU-T Rec. T-800 и ITU-T Rec. T-810, а также средств управления скоростью кодового потока JPEG2000, которые положены в основу разработанной программной системы трансляции компрессированных по алгоритму JPEG2000 видеоданных в реальном масштабе времени по цифровым каналам связи в условиях ограничения пропускной способности канала связи. Особое внимание уделяется обзору перспектив применения стандарта JPEG2000 для передачи в реальном масштабе времени информации, формируемой монохромными, панхроматическими (цветными), мультии гиперспектральными системами технического зрения беспилотных летательных аппаратов, в наземный пункт управления.

The work deals with the implementation of basic recommendations for effective and channel coding that are the most effective to date in the field of international standard coding still image ITU-T Rec. T-8xx "JPEG2000 Image Coding System". A review of the fundamental capabilities and features of the implementation of standards ITU-T Rec. T800 and ITU-T Rec. T810, and the bitrate control of the JPEG2000 codestream, which are the basis of a software system developed for the broadcasting of compressed JPEG2000 video in real time on digital communication channels under limited bandwidth communication channel. Particular attention is given to the review of the prospects of the standard JPEG2000 to transmit real-time information formed monochrome, panchromatic, multiand hyperspectral vision system of unmanned aircraft to ground control station.
