Методы оптимизации работы с персоналом современной организации

Abstract

В жестких экономических условиях организации вынуждены искать новые способы деятельности, обеспечивающие их выживаемость на рынке. Одним из инструментов повышения эффективности предприятия выступает оптимизация работы с персоналом. Несмотря на широкое применение данного термина в научной и практической литературе, в настоящее время отсутствует его четкое трактование. Приводится авторское определение данного понятия, рассматриваются группы методов оптимизации работы с персоналом: экстенсивные и интенсивные. На основе анализа практики работы современных организаций делается вывод, что в первую очередь современные работодатели нацелены на применение экстенсивных методов. Утверждается, что обеспечение устойчивого экономического положения организации возможно только за счет реализации программ, направленных на использование потенциала человеческих ресурсов, повышение заинтересованности персонала в деятельности компании, формирование поведения гражданина организации.

Under tough economic conditions enterprises are forced to search for new ways of activity, providing their survival on the market. One of the instruments of the increasing of the enterprise''s efficiency is optimization of work with the staff. In spite of a frequent usage of this term in scientific literature there is no universal interpretation of it. The author offers his own definition, considers different methods of optimization of work with a staff: extensive and intensive ones. Analysis of practice of modern organizations shows that modern employers are aimed at the extensive methods first of all. Provision of stable economic state of the enterprise can be reached only due to realization of programs of usage of human resources potential and increasing of motivation by the company''s activity, formation of behavior of the employee.
