Abstract

The aim of the research. Evaluation of the diagnostic value the factors of humoral immunity (immunoglobulin) and the concentration of serum cytokines in patients with chronic polypous rhinosinusitis. Materials and methods. Examined by solid phase ELISA of cytokine concentrations in serum and immunoglobulin in 57 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis polypous. Results. It was found the increase of concentration of IL-8, -5, -4, -10, IgG, M, E and sIgA in the majority of patients. Conclusion. Determination the concentrations of cytokines and immunoglobulins is important for its use as a diagnostic and prognostic criteria of origin, course and recurrence of polypoid process.
