Функциональное состяние кардио-респираторной системы студентов в условиях адаптации к учебному процессу

Abstract

This includethe questions about the аdaptation of students to thе education. Adaptation of students to educational activity is reflected in a functional condition of an organism. Decrease in efficiency of blood circulation at performance of the dosed out functional loading is revealed. Muscular work of moderate capacity in a combination to respiratory loading causes a number of changes of indicators of the cardiorespiratory system.

В настоящем сообщении рассматриваются вопросы адаптации студентов к учебному процессу. Адаптация студентов к учебной деятельности отражается на функциональном состоянии организма. Выявлено снижение эффективности кровообращения при выполнении дозированной функциональной нагрузки. Мышечная работа умеренной мощности в сочетании с дыхательной нагрузкой вызывает ряд изменений показателей кардио-респираторной системы.
