Государственная поддержка и обеспеченность высших учебных заведений на уровне субъекта федерации

Abstract

В статье на основе системного подхода рассматриваются принципы разработки программы государственной поддержки вузов на уровне субъекта федерации, приводится структура такой программы, предлагается система частных показателей для оценки уровня экономической и социально-образовательной обеспеченности высших учебных заведений в регионе.
