In the article the question of development of a set of exercises is considered. The basis for creation of the typology of exercises is the allocation of groups of abilities of foreign language dialogical speech activity and the didactic model of a dialogue specially created for training of foreign language dialogical speech activity. At the heart of the model there is a micro monologue of two subjects of speaking, representing a dialogue of meanings of each participant. The created typology of exercises directed on formation of abilities of foreign language dialogical speech activity includes three kinds of exercises and types corresponding to them.
