В статье рассматриваются признаки конкурентоспособности региона: элементы природной среды, показатели экономической составляющей, а также факторы политического влияния. К последним автор относит политическую составляющую антикризисного менеджмента, а также Стратегию развития региона и механизмы ее осуществления.The article deals with the analysis of the competitiveness characteristics of a region such as the elements of natural environment, the parameters of economical component as well as the factors of political influence. The author refers to the last ones the political component of crisis management as well as the Strategy of the region development and its implementation mechanisms.
