Исследование регионального розничного фармацевтического рынка

Abstract

Аптечные организации являются элементом формирования инфраструктуры регионального фармацевтического рынка, имеющие различные характер и содержание деятельности, организационноправовые формы, виды собственности. Целью исследования явилось выявление особенностей розничного фармацевтического рынка Ярославской области. Анализ данных территориального органа Росздравнадзора по Ярославской области на начало 2014 года показал, что на розничном рынке действуют 137 хозяйствующих субъектов, которые имеют лицензии на осуществление фармацевтической деятельности. В регионе осуществляют фармацевтическую деятельность 487 аптечных организаций государственной (14,6%), муниципальной (7,4%) и частной (78,0%) форм собственности. Наибольшее количество АО функционирует в г. Ярославле (43,9%) и Рыбинском (22,4%) муниципальном районе. Анализ организационно-правовой формы выявил, что 48,9% АО зарегистрированы как общества с ограниченной ответственностью, 14,6% АО являются государственными, индивидуальные предприниматели 14,2% АО, открытые акционерные общества включают до 10,9% АО, остальные АО входят в состав муниципальных унитарных предприятий и закрытых акционерных обществ (ЗАО) 7,39% и 4,1% соответственно. Структура розничного рынка представлена как единичными АО (51,1%), так и АО, объединенными ваптечные сети, от двух и больше АО (48,9%). Доля хозяйствующих субъектов, включающих одну АО, составляет 14,4% от всех АО. Доля аптечных сетей (42,3%), в состав которых входят от 2 до 9 АО, включает около 46,8% общего количества АО. Аптечные сети, в которых количество входящих АО превышает 9 розничных точек, составляют 6,6% общего числа хозяйствующих субъектов. В их составе функционирует 38,8% АО. Особенностями регионального рынка являются: преобладание аптечных сетей (42,3%), объединенных до 9 АО; аптечные сети, объединяющие более 9 АО, включают АО государственного сектора (14,6%).

Pharmacy organizations are an element of regional pharmaceutical market infrastructure formation. They have different character and activity type, organizational and legal forms, types of properties. The revelation of the features of retail pharmaceutical market of Yaroslavl oblast was the purpose of the study. The analysis of the data of regional department of Federal Service on Surveillance in Healthcare and Social Development of Russian Federation in Yaroslavl oblast in the beginning of 2014 showed that there are 137 acting commercial entities, which have licenses for pharmaceutical activity. The region has 487pharmacy organizations which implement pharmaceutical activity of state (14.6%), municipal (7.4%), and private (78.0%) forms of ownership. Some companies function in Yaroslavl (43.9%) and Rybinsk (22.4%) municipal district. The analysis of organization and legal forms revealed that 48.9% of pharmacy organizations are registered as ltd, 14.6% are state, and 14.2% are private entrepreneurs, public limited companies amount to 10.9%, the rest pharmacy organizations are included into municipal unitary enterprises and private limited companies 7.39% and 4.1% correspondingly. The structure of retail market is represented by single pharmacy organizations (51.1%) as well as organizations joined into pharmacychains from two and more PO (48.9%). The share of commercial entities which include one PO amounted to 14.4% of all PO. Share of pharmacy chains (42.3%) which include from2 to 9 PO are 46.8% of all PO. Pharmacy chains, which have more than 9 retails spots amount to 6.6% of the total number of commercial entities. 38.8% of PO function within them. Pharmacy chains prevalence (42.3%), joined into 9 PO; pharmacy chains, which have more than 9 PO, and include state sector PO (14.6%) are the features of the regional market.
