Abstract

In the given article the woman's position in Middle Asia as in one of Islamic regions is analyzed; the historic time referring to the end of the XIX-th the beginning of the XX-th centuries. Proceeding from the historic materials the authors make an endeavour to analyze the role of women in the life of society. They conduct a comparison of the works produced by home and foreign scientists on this problem.

В данной статье анализируется положение женщины в Средней Азии как в одном из исламских регионов в конце XIX начале XX веков. На основе исторических материалов делается попытка проанализировать роль женщин в жизни общества. Проводится сравнение трудов отечественных и зарубежных ученых-историков по данному вопросу.
