Abstract

The article deals with the types of an appellate order of verification of judgments provided in literature on criminal procedure. Such types of an appellate order of verification of judgments as a complete and an incomplete appeal are under analyses, their criteria are examined. The type of present appellate order of verification of judgments is determined on the basis of the current criminal procedural law analysis.

В статье рассматриваются выделенные в уголовно-процессуальной литературе виды апелляционного порядка проверки приговора. Анализируются такие виды апелляционного порядка проверки приговора, как полная и неполная апелляция, исследуются их критерии. На основе анализа действующего уголовно-процессуального закона определяется вид современного апелляционного порядка пересмотра приговора.
