Abstract

The article assesses the complex medical and rehabilitation measures in patients with chorioretinal dystrophy after suffering tuberculous uveitis. Analysis of the effectiveness of interventions adapted to the position of clinical and economic feasibility. Authors obtained clinical and functional results, showing that patients with degenerative changes of the eye membranes after tuberculous uveitis including Histochrome complex treatment possible to increase the functional activity of the retina. With clinical and economic position, a comprehensive treatment supplemented Histochrome is effective and inexpensive method of rehabilitation costs to improve visual function in one patient after a course of treatment 11.9 rubles. However, this healing method is regarded as costuseful from the standpoint of patients.
