2014 is signed with the important anniversary in the Russian spiritual life it is 700 years since Venerable Sergius of Radonezh was born. The facts of conversion of Alexander Ostrovsky and Fyodor Dostoyevsky to the personality of the saint who was the mouthpiece of the Russian people's spiritual-moral ideals in their creative work are noted in the article.
2014 год отмечен важным событием в духовной жизни России 700-летием со дня рождения преподобного Сергия Радонежского. В статье отмечаются факты обращения А.Н. Островского и Ф.М. Достоевского в своем творчестве к личности святого, который являлся для писателей выразителем духовно-нравственных идеалов русского народа.
