Региональные особенности, тенденции, факторы развития общественного здоровья Смоленской области

Abstract

The article analyses the characteristics of municipal public health, which implements the major part of everyday support of public guarantees of medical care free-of-charge. The regional characteristics of population structure in Smolenskaya oblast are analyzed. The impact of population health conditions on the public health system of oblast is established. It is proved that the formation of regional health system is impossible without analyzing the demographic situation in the region and its trends.

Рассмотрены особенности муниципального здравоохранения, которое выполняет основной объем работы в рамках обеспечения государственных гарантий предоставления бесплатной медицинской помощи. Проанализирована региональная специфика структуры населения Смоленской области и определено влияние состояния здоровья населения области на систему здравоохранения, формирование которой невозможно без анализа демографической ситуации в регионе и ее тенденций.
