In article the problems of influence of the multinational corporation on economy of the countries-donors and recipients which are one of the most significant in process of strengthening of a role of transnational corporations in global economic system are considered. Positive and negative features of interaction of the multinational corporation and the basing countries, and also host countries are revealed.

В статье рассмотрены проблемы воздействия ТНК на экономику стран-доноров и реципиентов, которые являются одними из наиболее значимых по мере усиления роли транснациональных корпораций в глобальной экономической системе. Выявлены позитивные и негативные особенности взаимодействия ТНК и стран базирования, а также принимающих стран.
