
В статье рассмотрены современные взгляды на патогенез постгипоксической энцефалопатии и возможности ее лечения. Проведено комплексное обследование 73 больных с постгипоксической энцефалопатией. Изучены клинико-неврологические проявления, показано превалирование когнитивных нарушений. Представлен сравнительный анализ эффективности холина альфосцерата (Глиатилина) и стандартной терапии в лечении постгипоксической энцефалопатии. Показаны преимущества Глиатилина: вызывает заметное субъективное улучшение у пациентов, уменьшение эмоциональных и когнитивных нарушений, приводит к реституции патологической неврологической симптоматики.
The paper deals with current ideas about the pathogenesis of posthypoxic encephalopathy and ways of treatment. 73 patients with posthypoxic encephalopathy were undergone a complex observation. The analysis of clinical neurological manifestations demonstrated the prevalence of cognitive impairments. The efficacy of choline alphoscerate (Gliatilin) and standard therapy for posthypoxic encephalopathy treatment was compared. Gliatilin has benefits: its use leads to net subjective improvement in patients, reduction of emotional and cognitive impairments, restitution of pathological neurological symptomatology.
