
The paper dwells upon the improvement of labour productivity in the companies of electric power cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan. The authors characterize the stages of working out of the program dealing with methodology of economic assessment and forecasting. The authors’ opinion concerning alternative ways of raising labour productivity on the basis of organizational development and re-engineering of business processes is presented
В статье рассматривается вопрос повышения производительности в компаниях электро энергетического кластера Республики Татарстан (ЭК РТ). Сформулированы этапы разработки программы с методикой экономической оценки и прогнозирования. Представлено авторское мне ние касательно альтернативных путей повышения производительности труда на основе органи зационного развития и реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов.
