Abstract

The results of endoscopic stenting of the trachea in the period from 2002 to 2012 in the ROCD regarding 64 patients for benign (33) and malignant (31) diseases of the trachea under anesthesia are presented. Issues of the indications for stenting, risks and management of these patients, algorithm by optimizing diagnostic and surgical approach are disclosed.
