
В статье представлены результаты экспериментального исследования эмоциональных барьеров библиотечных специалистов и их обусловленность информационно-коммуникационной структурой организации. В качестве баз исследования использовались специальные вузовские библиотеки и публичные на примере центральных городских библиотек.
The article presents the results of an experimental study of the emotional barriers of library specialists and their dependence on information and communication structure of the organization. As the bases used special study university public library and the example of the Central City Library.
