
In article the increasing role of alternative forms of consideration of the legal conflicts is emphasized. The important place in it is taken by activity of the arbitration courts. The arbitration court is considered as the subject of law-enforcement activity which is carrying out alternative legal proceedings. In article the questions of competence and jurisdiction of affairs to the arbitration court are raised.
В статье подчеркивается возрастающая роль альтернативных форм рассмотрения правовых конфликтов. Значительное место в этом занимает деятельность третейских судов. Третейский суд рассматривается в качестве субъекта правоприменительной деятельности, осуществляющего альтернативное судопроизводство. Затрагиваются вопросы компетенции и подведомственности дел третейскому суду.
