Abstract

The article presents the results of pharmacoeconomic studies of the regional pharmaceutical market of psychotropic drugs (PD) according to pharmacotherapeutic groups and separate assortment positions in the Khabarovsk territory on the basis of the wholesale pharmaceutical organization ROSTA in 2005-2011. We chose combined АВС/XYZ-analysis for the research: first of all the most and the least "profitable" assortment positions of PD are defined (АВС-analysis), then their variation factors are calculated (XYZ-analysis) and finally the obtained data are combined and the positions-leaders (АХ) and outsiders (CZ) are dtected. These results allow working out the recommendations for the assortment management of PD in the regional pharmaceutical market.
