Структура современной российской экономической ментальности, ее региональные черты и инновационный потенциал

Abstract

Рассматривается структурное наполнение понятия «экономическая ментальность». Представлена сравнительная характеристика доминирующих ментальных черт, присущих трем регионам России: Центральному, Югу России и Приморью. Намечены пути возможного применения ментального потенциала в социально-экономических преобразованиях, инновационных изменениях.In this paper, we study the structural content of the term «economic mentality». The author also provides a comparative description of the dominant mental features inherent in three Russian regions: Central, South of Russia and Primorsky Krai and indicates the ways of the possible use of mental potential in socio-economic transformation and innovative changes.
