Abstract

Natural reservoirs are the uniform hydrodynamic systems, which contain the hydrocarbons in the fractures and pores. Analysis of the development and study of test data confirm the presence of highly permeable channels, which have a significant impact on the field development effectiveness. Failure to account for the reservoir filtration-capacity model and intensive water flooding operation lead to the increase of water content in the extracted oil and amount of problematic oil resources.
