Концепция и методы эффективности использования персонала организации

Abstract

Effective use of the personnel is characterized first of all by low prime cost and competitiveness of products of the enterprise. But now there is no the settled model of an assessment of efficiency of use of the personnel of the organization, there are only various interpretations of famous scientists in this area. As demonstrated by the results, we carried out the correlation analysis, the dynamics of average wages in the economy of the Russian Federation has expressed no positive effect on the efficiency of the staff, in particular, shall not result in reducing staff turnover increasing the efficiency of labour resources only through material incentives is problematic. Thus, actual is a definition and scientific search of conceptual approach to effective management of the personnel of the organization. The purpose of such approach is obtaining the complex characteristic of a condition of efficiency of use of the personnel of the organization, and also development of the relevant activities for increase of efficiency of use of the personnel on various indicators of an indicator of efficiency.

Эффективное использование персонала характеризуется в первую очередь низкой себестоимостью и конкурентоспособностью выпускаемой продукции предприятия. Но в настоящее время отсутствует устоявшаяся модель оценки эффективности использования персонала организации, имеются лишь различные трактовки известных ученых в этой области. Как продемонстрировали результаты нашего корреляционного анализа, динамика средней заработной платы в экономике РФ не оказывает выраженного положительного влияния на эффективность использования персонала, в частности не влечет снижения текучести кадров, повышение эффективности трудовых ресурсов только за счет материального стимулирования проблематично. Соответственно, актуальными становятся определение и научный поиск концептуального подхода к эффективному управлению персоналом организации. Целью такого подхода является получение комплексной характеристики состояния эффективности использования персонала организации, а также разработка соответствующих мероприятий по повышению эффективности использования персонала по различным индикаторам показателя эффективности.
