Современная практика операции кесарево сечение за рубежом

Abstract

В статье представлен обзор публикаций иностранных авторов, отражающий современное состояние проблемы за рубежом. Изложены данные о частоте операции кесарево сечение в разных регионах мира. Систематизированы и обобщены сведения, касающиеся наиболее дискутируемых аспектов проблемы: причины глобального увеличения уровня оперативных родов, последствия для здоровья матери и новорожденного, а также пути и целесообразность снижения уровня оперативного родоразрешения. Освещены три группы причин: изменение демографической характеристики популяции современных беременных и рожениц; медицинские причины, связанные с ухудшением здоровья и ростом акушерских осложнений; а также немедицинские причины в виде предпочтений оперативных родов со стороны женщины или врача. Представлена точка зрения специалистов ВОЗ и международной ассоциации акушеров-гинекологов на оперативное родоразрешение без медицинских показаний.
