Тканеинженерный эквивалент кости: методологические основы создания и биологические свойства

Abstract

На основании собственных экспериментальных данных показано, что критическим этапом создания тканеинженерного эквивалента кости является расчет необходимого количества остеогенных клеток и обеспечение их надежной адгезии к поверхности материала-носителя. Эксперименты in vivo с использованием различных меток (PKH-26, GFP) показали, что пересаженные на носителе клетки сохраняют свою жизнеспособность в костной ране. Они участвуют в репаративной регенерации путем дивергентной дифференцировки в ортодоксальных для ММСК направлениях и, вероятно, синтезом компонентов матрикса.
