Моделирование теплонапряженного состояния головки цилиндра тракторного дизеля воздушного охлаждения

Abstract

The technique for modelling strain-deformed conditions the head with two valves of the cylinder of a tractor diesel engine of air cooling is offered. It is shown, that the most typical kinds of refusals головок cylinders in operation – occurrence of cracks on fire surfaces of the bottom on cross-pieces, and also on in the bulkhead between the valves under an atomizer and apertures for inlet or final channels. It is shown, that the head of cylinders limiting reliability in operation the temperature pressure caused by difference of temperatures between separate points of a surface are. Thus determining the low-frequency fluctuations of temperature caused by change of an operating mode of a diesel engine. On the basis of duration of transients the cycle thermal of loading is offered. Numerical value of coefficient heat transfer was used on the basis of experimental researches on one-cylinder installation.

Предложена методика для моделирования теплонапряженного состояния двухклапанной головки цилиндра тракторного дизеля воздушного охлаждения. Показано, что наиболее характерные виды отказов головок цилиндров в эксплуатации – появление трещин на огневой поверхности днища на межклапанных перемычках, а также на перемычках между отверстиями под форсунку и клапанными отверстиями для впускных или выпускных каналов. Показано, что лимитирующей надежность головки цилиндров в эксплуатации являются температурные напряжения, вызванные перепадом температур между отдельными точками огневой поверхности. При этом определяющими низкочастотные колебания температуры, вызванные изменением режима работы дизеля. На основании длительности переходных процессов предложен цикл термонагружения. Численное значение коэффициента теплоотдачи использовалось на основе экспериментальных исследований на одноцилиндровой установке.
