
In the article the activity of personnel agencies on a regional labor market (Republic of Buryatia) is considered. The analysis of the process of change the attitude to activity of personnel agencies from the International Labor Organization and enforcement authorities is made, it is carried out by means of the analysis of standard legal acts.
В статье рассматривается деятельность кадровых агентств на региональном рынке труда (Республика Бурятия). Проводится анализ процесса изменения отношения к деятельности кадровых агентств со стороны МОТ и органов исполнительной власти посредством анализа нормативных правовых актов.
