
This article describes a prerequisite emergence of a «profile manager» as a theoretical construct that defines the point of convergence of interests of various socio-economic systems. Proposed structure and revealed features profiles of managers at three levels of management. Comprehensive benefits in using the profile is the ability to manage the manager development, which increases both the efficiency of the organization and personal effectiveness.
В статье описаны предпосылки появления «профиля менеджера» как теоретического конструкта, определяющего точку совпадения интересов различных социально-экономических систем. Предложена структура и выявлены особенности профилей менеджеров трех уровней управления. Комплексное использование профиля позволяет управлять организационно сопряженным развитием управленца, которое повышает и эффективность организации и его персональную эффективность.
