Abstract

The authors of the review analyze data that Gprotein coupled receptors, phosphatidylinositol3 kinase, Akt kinase, endothelial NOsynthase, guanylyl cyclase, cGMP, protein kinase G, mitochondrial protein kinase Сƒ, mitochondrial ATP sensitive K+channel, reactive oxygen species, and mitochondrial permeability transition pore are involved in signaling cascade of postconditioning.
