Abstract

The article pays attention to the importance of diagnostics of right ventricular myocardial infarction. ECG diagnosis of right ventricular myocardial infarction is carried out in ECG of so-called additional right precordial leads V 3R–V 6R, in this case pathological Q, ST segment elevation, negative T wave were detected. The motivation for ECG of additional right precordial leads are both features of clinical pattern of the disease and, mainly, the presence of ECG signs of posterodiaphragmatic or posterobasal myocardial infarction.
