Надежность действий спасателя в чрезвычайных ситуациях: регуляторные и личностные предпосылки

Abstract

Представлены результаты исследования надежности действий специалиста МЧС с позиции дифференциального подхода к проблеме осознанной саморегуляции произвольной активности человека. Рассматривается понятие «надежность» как субъектное (регуляторно-личностное) свойство человека. Анализируется вклад личностных и регуляторных ресурсов профессионала в обеспечение надежности их действий в различных по степени напряженности ситуациях.

The present study is devoted to cross-sectional research of reliability of actions in rescuers' professional activity. The concept of «regulative reliability» is being reviewed. The interrelations between personality traits, regulatory processes and reliability of actions in rescuers' professional activity in emergency situations are described.
