The article is devoted to the analysis of features of preparation for staging of XXII Olympic winter games and XI Paralympics winter games 2014 in Sochi as object of maintenance of economic security and organizational and law structure of staging sport events of XXII Olympic winter games 2014 in Sochi. Special attention is given to the questions of identification of criminal threats of economic security and development of the ways of its preventions. According to the authors view, realization of these conditions is one of the first aims in the sphere of economic security of the state.

Статья посвящена анализу особенностей подготовки к проведению XXII Олимпийских зимних игр и XI Паралимпийских зимних игр 2014 года в городе Сочи как объекта обеспечения экономической безопасности и организационно-правовой структуры проведения спортивных мероприятий. Особое внимание в статье уделяется вопросам идентификации криминальных угроз экономической безопасности и выработке мер по их предотвращению. По мнению автора, реализация этих условий является одной из первоочередных задач в области обеспечении экономической безопасности государства.
