Abstract

В статье представлены результаты комплексного исследования состояния эндометрия по данным эндоскопического, гистоморфологического, иммуногистохимического, бактериологического и иммуноферментного методов при различных формах бесплодия у женщин, планирующих экстракорпоральное оплодотворение (ЭКО). Разработана комплексная система коррекции выявленной патологии на этапе подготовки к использованию вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий. Проведен анализ частоты положительных результатов ЭКО до и после проведенной дифференцированной подготовки.

The article presents the results of a complex study of the endometrium, including endoscopic, hystomorphological, immunohystochemical, bacteriological and immunoenzyme methods in Various forms of female infertility, planning in-vitro fertilization (IVF). The complex examination and correction system of endometrial state, aimed at the preparation to IVF, was elaborated. The positive IVF result’s analysis before and after the differential management was carried out.
