In article the analysis of separate provisions of article 70 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation is carried out, besides they are compared with similar standards of article 69 of the criminal code of Russian Federation. Besides, in article the analysis of the concept purpose of punishment on set of sentences is carried out.
В статье проводится анализ отдельных положений статьи 70 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации, кроме того, они сопоставляются с аналогичными нормами статьи 69 УК РФ. Кроме того, в статье проводится анализ самого понятия назначение наказания по совокупности приговоров.
