Abstract

Phase equilibria in the quaternary system NH4H2PO4 − (NH4)2SO4 − CO(NH2)2 − H2O and three-component contouring system NH4H2PO4 − CO(NH2)2 − H2O (isotherm simple evtoniche's type) at 25°C were first time studied by the optimized method of sections. Equilibrium compositions of liquid and solid phases in ephtonical equilibria were set. The location of the compositions expressed in weight percent, ephtonical solutions and points on the lines of invariant equilibria near the plane was shown by statistical method of principal components and experimentally verified as a new collegiate property of the repeatedly saturated solutions. An optimal compositions of the liquid fertilize with maximum concentration of nutrient substances and both of N and P2O5 of one were shown.

Оптимизированным методом сечений были изучены фазовые равновесия в системе NH4H2PO4 − (NH4)2SO4 −CO(NH2)2 − H2O при 25°C. Впервые изучена оконтуривающая трехкомпонентная система NH4H2PO4 −CO(NH2)2 − H2O при 25°C. Установлены составы равновесных жидкой и твердых фаз, участвующих в нонвариантном равновесии; изучены линии моновариантных равновесий, поверхность кристаллизации дигидрофосата аммония. Статистическим методом главных компонент показано расположение составов, выраженных в массовых процентах, эвтонического раствора и точек на линиях моновариантных равновесий вблизи плоскости. Установлены оптимальные составы жидких удобрений с максимальным содержанием питательных веществ и равным отношением N:P2O5.
