К вопросу о сравнительном исследовании статусов субъектов федераций

Abstract

В статье отмечаются пробелы в сравнительном исследовании федеративного устройства государств, в том числе в сравнительном изучении статусов субъектов федераций. Раскрываются виды и принципы сравнительного исследования. Выделены элементы статусов субъектов федераций в виде набора постоянных независимых переменных, а также характеризующие их зависимые переменные. the article marks some gaps in comparative study of federations. One of these is a comparison of federal subunits' status. The author discloses types, principles, and procedures of comparative study as well. The elements of federal subunits' status are specified as a set of permanent independent variables along with dependent variables characterizing them.
