In "The Secret History of the Mongols" there are 437 anthroponyms 306 of which have been studied and explained. We’ve counted 57 names formed from zoonyms, 26 names formed from the designation of the color and horse suits, 21 names are derived from the numerals, 102 names are formed from adjectives on the character and appearance, 14 names are formed from iron and gold, 11 names formed from title and estate, 32 names formed from ethnikon and 43 names that are associated with the life and nomadic culture of the Mongols.

В «Сокровенном сказании монголов» мы насчитали 437 антропонима, 306 из которых были более или менее изучены. При изучении «Сокровенного сказания» нами было найдено 57 имён, образованных от зоонимов, 26 – от обозначении цвета и масти, 21 имя – от числительных, 102 имени – от прилагательных, указывающих на характер и внешность, 14 имён – от названий металлов, 11 имён – от названий профессий и сословий, 32 имени – от этниконов и 43 имени, связанных с бытом и кочевой культурой монголов.
