Abstract

В статье рассматриваются источники международного гражданского процессуального права. В работе автор руководствуется национальным правом государства и нормами международного права, дает сравнительный анализ норм внутреннего права государства и основных положений международного права, регулирующих транснациональные гражданские процессуальные отношения.

This article describes sources of the international civil procedural law. Author operates national law and norms of international law. Author grants the comparative analysis of norms of the national law and international law, regulating transnational civil procedural relations
