
Статья представляет эмпирическое исследование апробированной образовательной модели по учебной дисциплине «Технологическое оборудование гостиницы и ресторана» (ТОГР) в Колледже по туризму (г. Бургас, Болгария) на базе рейтинговой системы оценивания. Описан также сравнительный анализ результатов эмпирического исследования студенческих групп, изучающих одну и ту же учебную дисциплину в профессионально-квалификационной степени: «профессиональный бакалавр» и «магистр».The article offers an empiric research of the approved educational model for the "Technological equipment for hotel and restaurant" (TEHR) subject in the Tourist college in the city of Burgas, on the basis of rating evaluation system. The article provides comparative result analysis of the empiric research of the students' groups that study the same subject for the professional and qualification degree of a "professional bachelor" and a "master".
