В статье рассматриваются отдельные вопросы ответственности за вред, причиненный органами дознания и предварительного следствия. Автор дает общую характеристику особенностям отдельной разновидности деликтных обязательств, а также анализирует условия привлечения к гражданско-правовой ответственности должностных лиц органов предварительного следствия и дознания за ущерб, причиненный гражданам.
In the article some questions about responsibility for harm that is done by inquest and preliminary search organs are observed. The author characterizes some peculiarities of tortuous obligation and analyzes conditions of brining to account civil-law responsibilities of inquest and preliminary search organs officials for causing damage to people.
