Институциональная структура государственного управления высшим образованием в Украине

Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию институциональной структуры государственного управления высшим образованием в Украине. На основе анализа существующей научной литературы по проблемам государственного управления в сфере высшего образования дано определение данного понятия. Значительное внимание уделено изучению нормативно-правовых актов, подробно изучены функциональные полномочия центральных органов государственного управления высшим образованием. Осуществлено сравнение организационной структуры государственного управления высшим образованием в Украине и в ведущих европейских странах. Обозначены основные направления совершенствования государственного управления высшим образованием с учетом европейского опыта.
