Abstract

In article the variant of sociological model which can be used for an estimation of efficiency of social designing of the accessible environment for low mobile citizens is considered. The basic components of this model are named, corresponding explanations are given. Three variants of a solution of a problem of the accessible environment for low mobile citizens are described. It is noticed that social designing of the given model can be carried out by different ways which basically are reduced to three administrative structures: functional, matrix and design. It is supposed that the model of an estimation of efficiency of social designing considered in article barrier-free for low mobile citizens can form environments base for the further researches of this uneasy problem of a modern Russian society.
