Расчет теплоемкости и среднеквадратичных смещений по фононным спектрам для инертных газов

Abstract

Для инертного газа Ar, используя Ван-дер-ваальсовсий механизм взаимодействия и данные по упругим константам, проделаны расчеты дисперсионных кривых, фононного спектра, температурных зависимостей теплоемкости и среднеквадратичного смещения.

The authors calculated the dispersion curves, phonon spectrum, the temperature dependence and the mean square displacement for the inert gas Ar, using the Van der Waals mechanism of interaction and the data on the elastic constants.
