Окружающая среда и здоровье: приоритеты профилактической медицины

Abstract

Contemporary environmentalfactors influencing theformation of the environment andpublic health have been analyzed. The increasing chemical pollution of the environment (air, water, soil, living environment), and the intensification of the impact ofphysical factors in the first place, "electromagnetic smog" associated with the widespread use of appliances and computer equipment, cellular, threaten public health have been shown. In this connection, there were determined priorities and main directions of research in the platform "Preventive Environment", approved by Ministry of Health of Russia, which is based on the concept of the factor prevention of noninfectious diseases.

Проанализированы современные средовые факторы, влияющие на формирование окружающей среды и здоровье населения. Показано растущее химическое загрязнение объектов окружающей среды (воздух, вода, почва, жилая среда) и интенсификация воздействия физических факторов, в первую очередь «электромагнитного смога», связанного с широким использованием бытовой и компьютерной техники, сотовой связи, представляющих угрозу здоровью населения. В связи с этим определены приоритетные задачи и основные направления научных исследований в платформе «Профилактическая среда», утвержденной Минздравом России, в основе которой лежит концепция факторной профилактики неинфекционных заболеваний.
