Abstract

The article reveals the experience of Russian-Ukrainian scientific and educational initiatives in the sphere of innovation development and taxation. Analyzes the drivers of these initiatives, an overview of implemented joint research and publishing projects. It is concluded that the scientific and educational initiatives in post-Soviet space may be much more meaningful and effective, than with foreign countries, as the basis for the realization of their common interests and are not yet forgotten in the scientific world of the former USSR, the Russian language as the language of scientific communication.
