Abstract

The evaluation of the efficacy of complex treatment of patients with critical chronic ischemia of lower extremities with the method of revascularizing osteotrepanation of tibia was performed in the present study. From the obtained data is was evident that revascularizing osteotrepanation is an effective method in the complex treatment of critical ischemia of lower extremities when direct revascularization of the lower extremity is impossible.
