Abstract

In the article it is shown that at the initial stage of adaptation to the educational environment the regulating effect of dosed physical activity is provided by the change of activation level of central nervous system (CNS) through nonspecific structures with a stream of ascending influences. To fulfill some mental or sensory motor action there exists an optimum of CNS activation caused by physical activity.
