Abstract

Conception of chronic neurological pain syndrome development mechanism, including tic douloureux and complex region pain syndrome as result of nervous-vascular conflict realization, is represented in the article. As the basic factor of nervous-vascular conflict development the contact mechanism is offered, that takes part along with compression, ischemic and deafferentation in pain syndromes development.
