Abstract

В статье отражены современные данные литературы об этиологии, патогенезе железодефицитной анемии у беременных. Особое внимание обращено на экстрагенитальные заболевания, способствующие развитию дефицита железа в организме беременной женщины. Рассмотрены наиболее тяжелые осложнения, возникающие на фоне железодефицитной анемии в период беременности, родах, послеродовом периоде, а также со стороны плода и новорожденного.

The paper presents literature findings on the etiology and pathogenesis of iron deficiency anemia in pregnancy. Extragenital diseases leading to iron deficiency in pregnant women are being focused. Severe complications accompanied by iron deficiency anemia in pregnancy, delivery, postpartum as well as the fetus and newborn are considered.
