
The analysis of morbidity and unfitness to military service of young men on their health state has been carried out from 2005 until 2008. There have been established the high indices of diseases established for the first time during primary military registration and unfitness of young men to military service. It has been established, that psychic disorders and nutritional ones amount to the greatest share of diseases of young men in the Irkutsk region, leading to unfitness to service in Armed forces. The discrepancy of indices of conducted treatment-and-prophylactic work among young men of 15-16 years and their fitness to military service has been revealed.
Проведен анализ заболеваемости и негодности юношей по состоянию здоровья к военной службе за период с 2005 по 2008 гг. Выявлены высокие показатели впервые установленных заболеваний при первоначальной постановке на воинский учет и негодности молодых людей при призыве на военную службу. Установлено, что основную долю в заболеваемости юношей Иркутской области, приведшую к негодности к службе в Вооруженных Силах, составляют психические расстройства и расстройства питания. Выявлено несоответствие показателей проведенной лечебно-профилактической работы среди юношей 15-16 лет и их годности к военной службе.
